In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings as defined:

CashKingBet only accepts account applications from individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Each individual is only permitted one account only on the platform CashKingBet. If we detect more than one account registered by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment details — all such duplicate accounts will be frozen immediately. Any balances and bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited and are non-recoverable.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. CashKingBet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your MyKad, utility bills, or recent Malaysian bank statements. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account level and the payment method used. All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your CashKingBet account within under a minute.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — CashKingBet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 1 hour for Malaysian e-wallets and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers. CashKingBet does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals.

Withdrawal Requirements After Bonus: If you have received a bonus, you must fulfil the rollover requirement for that bonus before any portion of your balance associated with it can be withdrawn. However, your original deposit (excluding the bonus portion) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification requirements.

General Rollover Requirements: Every bonus received comes with a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement means you must place bets totalling the bonus amount multiplied by the specified rollover multiplier. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x rollover requires RM2,000 in total bets before a withdrawal can be made.

Bet Eligibility for Rollover: Not all bets count towards meeting rollover requirements. The following bets are generally excluded or only partially counted:

• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 (for Sports Betting).
• Cancelled or voided bets.
• Arbitrage betting detected by the system.
• Bets that do not meet the minimum odds or market requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.

Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period — typically between 30 and 45 days from the date the bonus is credited. Rollover requirements must be fulfilled within this period. This section covers the general betting rules for all sports available at CashKingBet including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test), esports (MLBB, PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, CS2), and all other sports available on the platform.

Final Bets: All bets that have been clicked "Confirm" and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player after confirmation. A submitted bet slip cannot be changed even if you notice an error within seconds of submission.

Erroneous Odds: CashKingBet strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds. However, in the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being shown (for example, odds of 10.00 for a team that should be 1.10), we reserve the right to void any bets placed at those odds and return the stakes to the players.

Live In-Play Betting: Live in-play betting is subject to specific processing time limits. Bets submitted while a market is in "suspended" status will not be accepted.

Bet Limit: All players are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits, which may vary by sport, market, and account level. Bet limits may be adjusted during a match for live in-play betting. CashKingBet reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific players without providing a reason.
